Poetry: The Beauty of God’s Sight

God’s iridescence shines brightly before me
I see the colors of His intention woven into the intricate details of creation

I see the broken
The pieces of themselves scattered
In all the places they thought would make them whole

I’ve witnessed the love
So deeply penetrated
Into the souls of people
God’s care imbedded into all creation

There is healing
I watched as He touched the broken pieces
Healing every scar as He wiped away their tears

I saw mercy in His eyes
The lovingkindness pouring from His view
Flowing with love, peace and light

Such wonder to behold
The beauty of God’s sight.
